Kendel Orr has more than 25 years of biotech leadership experience; including the last 18 years in the ophthalmology and retina arena. His career journey includes prior leadership roles with Apellis, EyePoint, Shire, Bausch + Lomb, and Pfizer.
Kendel joined Neurotech in February 2024 as Head of Commercial Operations and Strategic Accounts. He transitioned into the Head of Sales role, to build-out the customer-facing sales team, in preparation for the commercial launch of Neurotech’s encapsulated cell-based gene therapy.
Kendel holds a Master of Science degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Missouri State University.
