Mike Duffy is Neurotech’s General Counsel. He was a consultant with the company since November 2023 and became an employee in April 2025.
From 2008 until 2021, Mike was General Counsel at Lantheus, a leading radiopharmaceutical company (Nasdaq: LNTH), most recently as Senior Vice President — Law and Public Policy, and at times also ran Business Development, Compliance, Regulatory and Reimbursement.
From 2002 until 2008, Mike was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Point Therapeutics, an immuno-oncology company (Nasdaq: POTP), where he also ran Business Development. Mike started his career at Ropes & Gray where he was an M&A, securities and financing lawyer.
Mike is a past Chairman and director of the Council on Radionuclides and Radiopharmaceuticals, an industry trade association. He is also a Strategic Partner at ARCHIMED, a health care private equity firm.
Mike has an undergraduate degree in History of Science from Harvard College and law
degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Pennsylvania.
